Hello.

I like to play Guildwars again after two years.
I do have the intallation discs. Proh and Factions and their card -key.

I put the discs in the computer to load GW...

But then... My email adres is verified. So i use it to login.
I forget my password. So i reset it.

They send me always to their support.

I 'click' on my account were i can see that i have 'none'.

The strange thing is that i dont have to put my 25 number card key into something.

Im try to come online for three days now.

I just dont know how.

If you can. Please help me.

Uhm, it seems that you have to create a new NCSoft account, which is different from the GW account. The NCSoft account allows you to use some features like password change and other things.
